Role: Data scientist Work location: Des Moines, Iowa(Onsite) JOB DESCRIPTION: Define the data science strategy, implementation roadmap and drives the execution of the roadmap for the client organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions. Define and establish the architecture with technology and tools for enterprise data science platform Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in data science. Lead a team of data scientists, MLOps engineers providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple AI/ML projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment. Hands on implementation will be required. Design, Develop and implement data science projects, including machine learning models, deep learning models, NLP solutions, statistical analysis, and data visualization. Ensure data quality, scalability, and reliability of AI systems Document the process of creating the models and help in creating a knowledge management artefact that can be used for other similar areas. Create & apply best practices in delivering models written with clean code. Present data science generated insights and recommendations to stakeholder Communicate complex technical concepts and results to business stakeholders effectively. Primary Skills At least 10+ years of relevant experience in data science Strong experience of developing and deploying the AI/ML models in production, using Azure databricks and Azure tools - Must have Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools and technologies Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is a must have) and their AI/ML services. Azure Stack: Must have knowledge in Azure Datalake, Azure function, Azure ML, Databricks, Azure data factory, PostgreSQL Working knowledge in model development & delivering data science projects in CPRD industry domain is an added advantage.
