The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP modules relevant to their role and a strong background in enterprise transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in Security-related processes and SAP S/4HANA best practices. Ensure compliance with SAP and industry standards for security, reporting, and operational excellence. Leverage experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools to enhance security frameworks. Support the development of SAP security, GRC and controls strategy and approach Hands on experience to design and build of S/4 HANA security roles. Perform security role testing and defect resolution Hands on experience to design, configure, and test of GRC Access Control for all modules ARA, ARM, EAM and BRM Support end users and tneilc security & controls team members Ability to develop GRC ruleset, perform segregation of duty analysis and review the results with business Understand business process control and IT general controls and experience in implementing controls for SAP S4 HANA system Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client consultants to implement security solutions effectively. Lead design workshops to gather requirements and develop strategic security solutions. Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and stakeholders. Communicate complex security concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving and Optimization: Identify and address security challenges, risks, and optimization opportunities within the Security & Controls workstream. Proactively propose improvements to security protocols and configurations. Ensure timely resolution of security-related issues and provide support during project go-live and post-go-live phases. Required Qualifications 10+ years of SAP experience, with specialization in Security-related modules and functionalities. Strong understanding of Security & Controls processes, best practices, and integration points within SAP. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP security solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools is a plus. SAP certification in the relevant area is preferred.
