The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business units to deliver solutions that enhance customer experience, optimize financial operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of remote and in-office work. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver banking product features. Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with banking executives, compliance teams, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements. Define and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Work closely with UX/UI teams to enhance digital banking platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to drive product innovation in banking services. Partner with data analytics teams to monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on key metrics. Drive collaboration between cross-functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and IT, to implement secure and scalable banking solutions. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the banking, fintech, or financial services industry. Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital banking, payments, lending, or wealth management. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in Agile environments. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools. Familiarity with API integrations, cloud-based banking solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2, Open Banking, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams. Experience working with data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
