The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration projects, including end-to-end implementations, exception handling, adapter configurations, and system testing. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and strong coordination abilities between onsite and offshore teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Expertise: 35 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) / Oracle ICS. Hands-on experience with at least two end-to-end OIC implementations. Strong project implementation experience in OIC, including design, development, and deployment. Expertise in exception handling methodologies, adapter configurations, file transfers, and data mappings/transforms. Ability to design and implement integration flows using OIC components effectively.2. Project Implementation & Support: Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze integration needs. Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with business IT and key users. Manage cutover activities, hyper-care support, and post-implementation stabilization.3. Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for day-to-day deliverables, ensuring smooth project execution. Provide status updates, track tasks/activities, and report progress to stakeholders regularly. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address integration challenges and requirements.Essential Skills: Technical: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) / Oracle ICS. Strong knowledge of exception handling, adapter configurations, file transfers, data mappings, and transformations. Experience in OIC-based integration design, development, and deployment. Functional: Ability to conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong understanding of system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with an innovative approach. Ability to plan, track, and coordinate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Desirable Skills: Onsite/Offshore Coordination: Experience managing teams across different time zones. Certifications: Oracle OIC certification is highly preferred. Process-Oriented Thinking: Ability to approach problems with innovative thinking and process-driven solutions.Experience: 46 years of relevant experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and Oracle ICS.
