This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing modern endpoint computing, collaboration tools, and enterprise productivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), endpoint management, identity and security, and cloud-based workplace solutions. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal engineering role focusing on modern workplace technologies. Technical Expertise: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows 11, and Mac endpoint management. VDI solutions such as Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and VMware Horizon. Enterprise collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom). Security frameworks (Zero Trust, MFA, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint). Scripting and automation (Power, Python, APIs). Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, Citrix CCP-V, or related credentials.
