This role focuses on enhancing observability, upgrading CAP pipelines, and ensuring system reliability within a decisioning platform. Candidates must be self-sufficient and ready to contribute without additional training or onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Implement and enhance observability using OpenTelemetry (OTel). Develop and maintain CAP pipelines, including new upgrades and migrations. Build and automate infrastructure using AWS, Golang, and DevOps best practices. Write scripts for automation, monitoring, and platform reliability. Participate in cross-training initiatives to expand platform expertise. Optimize system performance, availability, and scalability. Required Skills: Strong SRE/DevOps experience, with a focus on observability and reliability. Proficiency in Golang for backend programming and automation. Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native solutions. Expertise in OpenTelemetry (OTel) and monitoring solutions. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling. Ability to work independently and contribute immediately. This role is ideal for consultants and engineers who are already trained in SRE, DevOps, and observability and can fast-track implementation across systems.
