Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote) Job Description: Duties and responsibilities Self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects with minimal supervision. Gather, analyze, and define business requirements by engaging with stakeholders, understanding technical needs, and documenting key business processes. Develop process models, workflows, screen designs, and storyboards to support system design and business functionality. Lead and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions and stakeholder discussions to ensure business needs are accurately captured. Documents business requirements in a suitable format that communicates the specific functionality that will be developed for the product and obtains appropriate approvals. Articulate, Communicate, and Coordinate with UI/UX, app development, backend, CMS, Testing, and other and subject matter experts on design & development. Works closely with the applications manager to create and maintain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, use cases, and other product documentation. Write test cases based on wireframes, comps, and functional requirements Assist in System Integration Testing by closely working with the testing team to validate business requirements, review and create test cases, and assist in identifying and resolving defects related to content, layout, functionality and usability. Assist user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating testing efforts, engaging business users and ensuring final validation before release. Manage and maintain all requirements materials and traceability matrices. Ability to write queries using SQL and compile data and reports as needed. Help Desk support as needed to support production applications. Must be able to multi-task and support time-sensitive deadline driven deliverables.
