Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex financial products, including ETPs or private funds. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency markets. Experience with middle and back office financial operations. Technical Skills: Familiarity with blockchain platforms, protocols, and smart contracts. Understanding of API integrations and data management. Ability to work with technical teams and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong leadership and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial industry. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with staking mechanisms and in-kind creates/redeems. Knowledge of token pair trading and liquidity management. Experience with financial data analytics and reporting tools. Experience on Block chain is must.
