Key Responsibilities: Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis Solution Design & Implementation Technical Expertise Integration & Optimization Testing & Deployment Troubleshooting & Support Training & Documentation Key Responsibilities: Functional: Advising businesses on implementing and optimizing e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including designing, developing, and integrating solutions, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Strong Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud expertise Experience with global e-commerce rollouts and integrations Knowledge of multi-currency, tax, and localization best practices Understanding of order management, subscription models, and payment processing, etc Ability to collaborate with ERP, Finance, and IT teams. Solution design, implementaton, integration, development, testing & quality assurance, troubleshooting, training and knowledge transfer. Technical: Possess strong technical skills in e-commerce, web development, Salesforce platform knowledge, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and cloud computing concepts. Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B and B2C). Experience with Salesforce platform and APIs. Knowledge of e-commerce architecture and best practices. Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with databases and data management. Experience with testing and quality assurance Operational: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Project management skills.
