The initiative is being managed using a waterfall schedule, which is then used to feed two-week sprints for multiple work groups. The initiative is being managed using Smartsheets. This position will work closely with the core team to plan the program and projects, facilitate meetings, support working groups, lead sprint planning, assist with organizational change management, and help maintain momentum across all the workgroups. This position will work with the project coordinator who is responsible for managing the initiative schedule, preparing sprint cycles, managing the control log (risk/issues, action items, decisions, and questions), scheduling meetings, and general assistance for the initiative leadership team. Must be capable of leading change in an environment that is not yet federated. Assist the team with gaining buy-in from the stakeholders. Experience with previously leading strategic roadmap, planning, or portfolio efforts is desired. The successful candidate will be able to speak to all levels of the organization, clearly explaining objectives and deliverables. They will assist the team in how best to meet the objectives and milestones.
