Strong expertise in D365 Customer Engagement (CE), specifically the Customer Service module. Proven experience integrating D365 with SAP S4 HANA and other enterprise systems using Azure Cloud services. Extensive experience with Power Platform: Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, and XRM tools for custom API integration. Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of data modeling, automation, and process optimization. Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: MVP or Fast Track certification in Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and cloud-based integration patterns. Knowledge of microservices architecture and modern software development practices.
