Hard Skills: 2-5 years of experience in Power BI Expert level in Excel SharePoint Simple Sequel Script abilities Soft Skills: Motivated Entrepreneurial in Nature Attention to detail Soft Skills - ARE CRUCIAL: - Ability to understand and translate business requirements to technical solutions with little context - Desire to learn about the business and the environment in which the team lives - Demonstrated ability to generate ideas to help solve problems - Analyze, correct, recommend new ways to organize data to help tell the story we want - Uses creative avenues to find solutions for problems (ChatGPT, Reddit, Network, Experience) - Experience with Predictive or Generative capability This all in addition to ETL (extract, transform, load of data) techniques and basic visualization construction.
