The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The candidate should be proficient in AEM architecture, components, and features, and have a strong understanding of web development technologies. Responsibilities: Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR). Develop and implement solutions based on industry standard frameworks like STRUTS, Spring, Hibernate, etc. Collaborate with project leadership to execute implementations and provide technical guidance. Participate in the software design, development, and implementation using standard WCM and/or eCommerce platforms such as Adobe AEM (CQ), SDL Tridion, Sitecore, Fatwire, CrownPeak, hybris, Oracle/ATG Demandware, Intershop, and IBM WebSphere Commerce. Build websites and applications using Adobe Experience Manager. Design and improve internal development methodologies. Mentor and lead other developers on the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe AEM/CQ. Strong web front end development experience including up to date CSS/JavaScript skills. Understanding of Java in the context of CQ5 and overall best CQ5 practices. Experience with MVC frameworks like Spring and Struts. Knowledge of OSGI, Sling, and JCR. Experience with Sightly templating language and AEM6 Touch UI. Strong understanding of CRX as a repository. Desired Skills: Experience with content publishing/deployment and end to end content lifecycle. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
