Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Application Operations Manager to l a talented team in managing the operations and troubleshooting of applications, with a focus on AWS cloud services. As the Operations Manager, you ll coordinate patch deployments, AWS service upgrades, and work cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, and security teams. Responsibilities: Oversee the operational team and provide strategic direction for maximum efficiency Manage day-to-day operations and adhere to change & incident request processes Communicate status, risks, issues, and escalations daily L and coordinate operational activities across teams during pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment Troubleshoot and manage technical challenges with Tech Ls Participate in on-call rotation as needed Mandatory Skills & Experience: At least 8 years of experience in managing engineering teams for web applications and infrastructure Ability to handle pressure, especially during outages Expertise in operational management, team coordination, and resource allocation Strong communication skills (both oral and written) Self-motivated team ler with problem-solving capabilities AWS cloud experience is essential!
