You will work closely with development teams to streamline workflows, ensure efficient deployments, and maintain the health of Salesforce environments. Key Responsibilities: Automate and manage Salesforce deployments across all environments using CI/CD pipelines. Integrate GitLab with Salesforce tools for streamlined source control and deployment. Write scripts for automation and optimize release processes. Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure optimal performance. Ensure compliance with security best practices and Salesforce deployment guidelines. Qualifications: Proven experience in Salesforce development/administration with a focus on DevOps. Strong knowledge of GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and source control management. Experience using DevOps tools (e.g. GIT, Jenkins, SonarCube, Salesforce DX, etc.), Service or Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile preferred Proficient in Salesforce CLI, Salesforce DX, and automation scripting (Bash, Python). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) and GitLab certifications are a plus.
