The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will contribute to data-driven projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with company goals and societal impact. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of data solutions using Data Build Tool and Python. - Oversee the design, coding, testing, and deployment of data pipelines. - Provide technical expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes. - Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data engineering. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical challenges. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices within the organization. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Qualifications: Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Possess strong experience in Data Build Tool and Python. Demonstrate expertise in data modeling and ETL processes. Have a solid understanding of data integration techniques. Show proficiency in performance optimization of data workflows. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Display effective communication and collaboration abilities. Be committed to continuous learning and professional development. Have a track record of delivering high-quality data solutions. Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members. Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data challenges. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
