Work with the Solution Architect/Offshore Project Manager to define and drive validation strategies. Example: user acceptance testing and post-implementation validation. Should be able to identify gaps in the solution and design solutions to bridge these gaps. Should be able to carry out the training of super users or end users so they are able to use the FLEX PLM system efficiently once it is installed. Should be to engage in Pre-Sales Activities such as understanding Project Scope, Conduct Product Demos and Respond to RFPs. Contribute to building thought Leadership and Brand Equity for the Consulting Practice by writing Articles, White Papers and Participate in Industry forum. Should have worked in Retail Apparel industry for at least 12+ years. Experience in being part of IT Projects in an enterprise environment preferably in PLM implementations. Expert in Merchandising & Design, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Materials Management of Retail, Footwear and Apparel business. Logical mindset with proven analytical ability is a must for this role. You should have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A self-starter who can work independently without direct supervision.
