Develop and refine program strategies and objectives. Ensure alignment on strategic goals and objectives. Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product development lifecycle from design and specifications to sourcing and costing through the supply chain to sustainability. Ensure compliance with contracts, develop customer relationships, and coordinate actions for quality and materials. Monitor and track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. Communication and Collaboration: Act as a primary communication channel with customers and stakeholders. Effectively communicate technical concepts, budget, and schedule issues to clients and team members. Foster customer relationships through active listening and advocacy. Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles and Windchill/FlexPLM software. Understand Retail manufacturing processes and design for Retail CPG principles. Be able to simplify complex systems and manage interdisciplinary trade-offs.
