Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (Masters preferred). 7+ years of PLM or related enterprise software experience. Expertise in PLM tools (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, ENOVIA). Strong technical skills (Java, SQL, system integration). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Preferred: PLM tool certifications or project management certifications (e.g., PMP). Experience with Agile and cloud-based PLM solutions.
