The ideal candidates will have expertise in React, Python/Flask, and AWS, with a strong focus on Apache Superset for data visualization. This role involves migrating applications from a Java/SQL stack to a modernized technology stack, incorporating Snowflake as the backend database. Responsibilities: Design and develop compelling user interfaces for web applications using React and Apache Superset. Modify Apache Superset open-source code to incorporate additional functionality as needed. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement user-centric solutions. Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize the user experience. Develop and maintain UI components and style guides for consistency across applications. Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes. Utilize Apache Superset to create interactive dashboards and data visualizations. Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in UX/UI development with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects. Proficiency in Python, React (Typescript), Flask, and the Snowflake data platform. Experience with Apache Superset and data visualization techniques. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must have Knowledge of AWS cloud services. Familiarity with Terraform for deployment. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Background in data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
