Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level Application Developer. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, as a problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The candidate should also be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset, who can communicate thoughts and ideas clearly. The candidate should be prepared to learn IVR technologies.

Please provide the following with each item listed below: # years of experience / year last used

Must have Technical Skills:

Core Java/J2EE

SOAP, REST Services

SQL, PL/SQL

Oracle Database, SQL Server

Nice to have technical skills:

Ability to design, develop and support IVR applications

Genesys Cloud or any contact center systems
