Implement and manage system integrations, data migration strategies, APIs, and middleware tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, or KingswaySoft. Develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting tools. Perform troubleshooting, system debugging, and performance optimization. Work with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Git for version control and deployment management. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 3-7 years of experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, particularly D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance. Strong experience in at least one of the following: D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), D365 Customer Engagement (CE), or D365 Business Central (BC). Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), X++, C#, JavaScript, .NET, Dataverse, and SQL Server. Strong understanding of ERP and CRM business processes, including finance, supply chain, sales, customer service, or manufacturing. Experience with integration frameworks and data migration tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, MB-600, MB-700, PL-900). Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or AI/ML integrations in Dynamics 365. Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise software implementations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
