The role requires strong technical expertise in Teamcenter PLM, along with experience in solution architecture, integration, and migration. The ideal candidate will work closely with Process Architects, Business Analysts, and project teams to deliver end-to-end PLM solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with Process Architects and Business Analysts to design end-to-end PLM solutions. Capture and analyze business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and develop comprehensive solution designs. Create technical design specifications (TDD) based on project requirements. Development & Deployment: Review functional specifications and oversee incremental development and deployment activities. Guide project teams through the development, deployment, and integration of PLM, migration, and related solutions. PLM Implementation & Integration: Implement and customize Teamcenter Unified and Teamcenter AWC for enterprise-wide PLM solutions. Manage integrations with CAD tools (NX, Cadence), ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and legacy systems. Oversee data migration strategies from legacy PLM systems to Teamcenter. Project Leadership: Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Essential Skills: Technical Expertise: Proficient in C++ and Java for PLM solution development. Strong experience with Teamcenter Unified and Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC). Deep knowledge of PLM/PDM consulting, customization, implementation, and solution architecture. Core PLM Skills: Part & BOM Management: CAD BOM, EBOM, MBOM. Release & Change Management: Handling product lifecycle changes effectively. Document Management: Managing technical documentation within PLM environments. Integrations: Experience with CAD tools (NX, Cadence), ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and legacy systems. Migration: Expertise in data migration from legacy PLM systems to Teamcenter. Secondary Skills (Desirable): Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS and Azure for PLM solutions. SAP Functional Knowledge: Understanding of SAP modules related to PLM.Competencies: EIS: Teamcenter Product (PLM) Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Collaboration: Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.Qualifications: Experience: 68 years in PLM solution architecture, consulting, or related roles. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
