The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Actimize solutions, particularly in the areas of AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Case Management, and Regulatory Compliance Monitoring (RCM). This role requires a solid technical background, a deep understanding of Actimize frameworks, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.Key Responsibilities: Actimize Development & Customization: Develop, customize, and support Actimize solutions, including ActOne, Case Management, and FinCEN SAR Module. Implement and manage RCM (Regulatory Compliance Monitoring) components, including alert types, views, workflows, and administration. Design and develop Actimize plugins and schedule jobs using the Actimize Scheduler. Java Development: Build scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Kafka for real-time data processing. Apply Core Java concepts for developing APIs, services, and backend components. Database & Data Handling: Optimize SQL queries, procedures, and database performance tuning for large datasets. Collaborate with data analysts to ensure effective data integration and reporting. System Architecture & Design: Design robust and secure system architectures following best practices in service design and object-oriented programming (OOP). Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tasks. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Provide technical documentation and support during audits and compliance reviews.Essential Skills: Actimize Suite: Experience with ActOne, Case Management, FinCEN SAR Module, and Actimize models. RCM Development: Proficiency in alert types, workflows, DART, and RCM plugin development. Java & Microservices: Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Database Skills: Advanced knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization. Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems. Messaging Systems: Experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Analytical Thinking: Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues.Desirable Skills: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau for reporting and analytics. Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices. Java Developer Certification or similar industry-recognized credentials. Understanding of financial market data and compliance regulations.Competencies: Digital: Expertise in Kafka, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Core Java. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving technical challenges. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
