This contractor position will involve working with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, strong project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities : Project Management : Manage project delivery for marketing projects involving multiple departments with high visibility and pressing schedules. Organize and document project work, including project plans, process documentation, and program documents. Use standard project management methodologies to ensure project deadlines, resource allocations, and budgets are met. Collaboration : Work closely with Partner Marketing team members to ensure projects are progressing as planned. Provide input on project approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals. Communication & Documentation : Prepare project communications, meeting agendas, and documentation for standard processes and programs. Maintain databases, process documentation, and manage content related to marketing projects. Project Execution : Coordinate activities related to new partner setup, fund allocation, fund management, and reporting/dashboards. Manage SharePoint sites and ensure content and systems are well-organized. Build and update reporting dashboards, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed. Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience : 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in B2B marketing (Partner marketing experience is preferred). Experience with large, complex projects with cross-functional teams. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong skills in project management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, and 360 Insights. Core Competencies : Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive work approach to anticipate needs and take the initiative to move projects forward. Ability to communicate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt to fast-paced, multi-faceted environments. Education & Certifications : Bachelors Degree in Project Management or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Desired Background/Experience : Experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional, and complex work environment. C-Level communication experience is a plus. Preferred Work Experience : Project management in a partner marketing environment. Experience working with budget management, award allocation, and fund distribution. Ability to lead project management presentations and stakeholder reporting. Typical Day-to-Day Activities : Database maintenance and process documentation. Content management, reporting, and dashboard builds. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to move projects forward. Skills : Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Analytical mindset and ability to organize information effectively. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong project management experience and ability to lead from start to finish.
