Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ArcGIS platforms (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server). Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and other scripting languages used in GIS development. Experience with ArcGIS REST API, ArcPy, and JavaScript API for GIS. Strong understanding of GIS data models, spatial data structures, and geospatial analysis. Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, etc.). Knowledge of database systems, including SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL with PostGIS. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in GIS, Geography, or related field. Experience with Esris ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, and ArcGIS Experience Builder. Familiarity with cloud-based GIS platforms (ArcGIS Online, AWS, Azure). Certification in Esri ArcGIS (e.g., Esri Technical Certification). Experience with version control systems like Git.
