Job Title: SAS Data Analyst Location: Onsite NY/NJ Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior SAS Data Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle 12C/19C, PL/SQL, Power BI Report Server, Power BI Report Builder, DAX - Power BI, APIs, SQL Server, SAS/STAT, and Base SAS. This onsite role requires a highly analytical professional with a strong background in handling complex datasets, performing advanced data analysis, and delivering actionable business insights. Required Skills: Database & SQL: Oracle 12C/19C, PL/SQL, SQL Server Data Visualization & Reporting: Power BI Report Server, Power BI Report Builder, DAX - Power BI, Power BI Data Integration & API: API, SQL Server Statistical Analysis: SAS/STAT, Base SAS Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in geospatial data analysis Exposure to advanced statistical modelling Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret geospatial and business data to support decision-making. Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures to extract, transform, and manipulate data. Design and implement interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI Report Server and Power BI Report Builder. Utilize DAX - Power BI for advanced data modeling and calculations. Integrate and manage data from APIs and SQL Server for real-time analysis. Apply SAS/STAT and Base SAS techniques for statistical analysis and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and develop insights. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data and reporting issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization. Document methodologies, processes, and best practices for data reporting. Effectively communicate data insights and trends to business stakeholders. Continuously improve data analysis and reporting processes for better efficiency. Qualifications: Proficiency in Oracle 12C/19C and PL/SQL is required. Expertise in Power BI Report Server, Power BI Report Builder, and DAX - Power BI is essential. Experience with APIs and SQL Server is necessary. Knowledge of SAS/STAT and Base SAS is a must. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to handle complex datasets. Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data into actionable insights.
