Investment BA Domain - Investment Management Client 3 days onsite in NYC office Need Local only Need LinkedIn also Must possess excellent communication skills. What you will do: Direct new solutions onboarding including estimation, approach/design, systems configuration, reporting, data conversion, and automations. Responsible for translating requirements into documented technical specifications and managing the overall custom reporting and file extract projects. Develop comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements. Assess, analyze client customized requests and solutions. Collaborate with developers, quality assurance tests, fund accountants, investor services associates, relationship managers and external stakeholders in the design, delivery, maintenance of the solutions. What we need from you: BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience. A minimum of 10 years of business analyst experience with building reports, ETL, SQL, and other product development areas within the Alternatives industry. Experience with alternatives accounting systems: FIS Private Capital Suite (Investran). In depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), analytical expertise, and familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum. Ability to break down sophisticated data and operational problems and communicate to product development FinTech experience with Alternative funds that supported operations, reporting, and allocations. Proficiency with data analysis tools including databases, SQL, etc. Proficiency in program management tools and software, such as JIRA and Confluence. What we would like from you: Certifications in CSM, PMP, CSPO, etc. Curiosity, critical thinking and attention to detail. Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills. Self-motivated, and strive to meet demanding client delivery challenges. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and presentation Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners. Capacity to work within sophisticated systems and large data sets.
