Develop scalable, high-performing applications using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations via MuleSoft. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences by integrating Salesforce with other enterprise platforms. Ensure data accuracy and system reliability by implementing Salesforce Shield and other compliance features. Optimize business workflows and processes by utilizing declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve software issues promptly using tools like Developer Console, Debug Logs, and Salesforce Inspector. Architect and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and incorporate new features and enhancements into the platform to meet evolving business needs. Mentor team members and share knowledge on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends. Core Salesforce Developer Requirements Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, including objects, fields, relationships, and security settings. Experience in developing and deploying Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like MuleSoft or other middleware. Expertise in designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions, including triggers, classes, and batch jobs. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Knowledge of Salesforce declarative capabilities to minimize custom code where possible. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Apex code to adhere to governor limits and improve performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years focused on Salesforce. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein GPT, Genie, and Marketing Cloud is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security mechanisms, and deployment processes. Proven experience designing solutions for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations, including managing 500+ user licenses. Familiarity with tools like Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) and Mulesoft. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Architect, or similar credentials are a plus.
