An equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience may be considered. Responsibilities: Overseeing 2-3 concurrent projects on average, depending on the scope Lead and direct project managers to ensure the project work is consistently scoped, planned, budgeted and approved and teams are aligned to support a successful execution Coordinate and manage scope, schedule, risks and budget of multiple projects to achieve organizational goals Define, implement, track and report on financial performance, operational delivery , productivity, and quality metrics for the Project Management Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Ensure transparency, alignment and clear communication of strategic projects and their resource impacts across the organization to key stakeholders and governance committee Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance with an oversight on overall progress Establish and maintain partnership with 3rd party vendors Report project outcomes/or risks to the appropriate channels as needed Create executive management reporting on enterprise program/ project initiatives and operational changes Drive and contribute to Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business review meetings, on project as well as portfolio level Provide thought leadership, and mentorship to the project teams to ensure project management methodology and delivery tools are properly and consistently applied across projects Experience in professional services/consulting organization. Experience in enterprise rollouts. Experience working with enterprise development teams. Required Qualifications: Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing Extremely detailed oriented and ability to both investigate deeply into project but also across the portfolio Strong interpersonal skills Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change Demonstrate ability to think critically, strategically and analytically Preferred Qualifications: Scaled Agile or PMP certification. Hands-on experience with agile / scrum methodology.
