The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automation solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes. Oversee the development and deployment of UiPath workflows, ensuring they meet the companys standards and requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. Monitor and maintain the performance of automation solutions, making improvements as necessary. Develop and maintain documentation for all automation processes and solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation projects. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions. Train and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UiPath and automation technologies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. Contribute to the overall strategy and vision for automation within the organization. Qualifications : Possess a deep understanding of UiPath and its capabilities, with a proven track record of successful implementations. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Show proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python. Display strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Hold a bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with other automation tools and technologies is a plus.
