Partner with cross-functional platform teams and offshore resources to ensure seamless project execution. Build and optimize data models and architecture to support analytics and reporting needs. Monitor and improve data integration processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance. Explore opportunities to incorporate machine learning solutions into data engineering workflows. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on Python and Snowflake. Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Extensive experience working with offshore and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Experience with machine learning concepts and applications.
