Migrate existing Prism reports and create new ones as needed. Work with business users to gather requirements and understand reporting needs. Translate complex reporting concepts into client-friendly language and guide them through best practices. Lead conversations across technical and non-technical teams to achieve consensus. Deliver end-to-end reporting solutions, from analysis and design to testing and deployment. Provide strategic guidance to clients during post-go-live stabilization. Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics. Strong background in reporting tools, data modeling, and ETL concepts. Demonstrated experience in migrating reports and delivering reporting solutions post-go-live. Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder management skills. Ability to communicate complex topics with clarity and confidence. Track record of guiding clients and building strong alignment across teams. Must exude professional presence and credibility (gravitas). Available 34 days per week. Nice to Have: Workday certification(s) related to Prism or Reporting.
