Forty hours per week Onsite Monday through Wednesday REQUIRED Telework Thursday and Friday ONLY Work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM This will be a SHORT-TERM ROLE. Contract ends on June 30, 2025 - NO possibility of extension due to budget. Pls make sure your candidate is aware BEFORE you submit! ABOUT THE ROLE - this location is downtown. Parking is NOT provided for contractors. Monitor and manage server and application performance, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently and securely. Implement and enforce security configurations and best practices for servers and applications. Assist in audit preparedness, ensuring servers and systems meet compliance standards and are ready for external audits. Work closely with the internal team to address and close out any findings from audits. Perform regular server maintenance to keep systems secure and performing optimally. Resolve server performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and system errors, ensuring minimal downtime. Regularly review server logs and performance metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues. Provide backup support to team members handling other Operations activities, ensuring that all operational needs are met. Maintain thorough documentation of server configurations, procedures, and best practices for reference and training purposes. Skill | Years Used | Last Used | Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux/Unix-based systems, and other server environments.
