Job Title: Design & Modelling Consultant - Critical Manufacturing MES (Life Sciences) Location: Remote role (Miami Lakes, FL) Duration: 6+ Months Contract ****While sharing resume mention consultant location and visa status*** Job Description: ***This role is remote with occasionally required travel to Miami Lakes, Florida for workshops and to support implementations. -----expenses paid by the client Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Design & Modelling Consultant for a contract role focused on the Critical Manufacturing MES (CM-MES) platform. The consultant will support high-impact MES implementations and enhancements for medical device and life sciences clients. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, modelling, and configuring CM-MES solutions in compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support the design and modelling of MES workflows, equipment models, and production processes within Critical Manufacturing MES Collaborate with client stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and IT to capture business requirements and translate them into MES configurations Prepare detailed design documentation, functional specifications, and test protocols Support validation activities in FDA-regulated environments, including IQ/OQ/PQ test development and execution Contribute to solution architecture, interface design, and data integration with systems such as ERP, LIMS, and SCADA Work independently and manage project deliverables with minimal oversight Qualifications: 5+ years of MES design and modelling experience, including hands-on work with Critical Manufacturing MES Background in medical device and/or life sciences manufacturing, with working knowledge of regulatory standards (GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5) Familiarity with manufacturing execution processes such as batch production, discrete manufacturing, quality control, and serialization Strong understanding of MES system configuration and integration Excellent communication and documentation skills Proven ability to work independently in a consulting or contract environment Preferred Qualifications: Critical Manufacturing training or certifications Experience with CM-MES scripting or configuration (SQL, JavaScript, or internal tools) Prior participation in MES validation projects in regulated environments Engineering experience in automation, process, or systems engineering within manufacturing environments If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
