Job: Technical Lead Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid) Term: 12+ Months Visa : USC OR GC Linked in must Only for W2 Job Description: Top 4 Skills: o Prior experience as a Technical Lead (managing on/offshore teams preferred) o Java Microservices o Cloud-based projects with Azure a required o Building CI/CD pipelines AZURE Technical Lead experience 10 + years of Software Engineering experience BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required TECHNICAL SKILLS: Expertise in Java including Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud Data Flow development. Strong knowledge of Java architectural principles and applied best practices to design and develop code APIs and Microservices. Experience with cloud-based implementations with Azure is required Building CI/CD pipelines. Expertise in agile/scrum and test-driven development and maintenance. Ability to self-start, multi-task and manage conflicting priorities Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong research skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Hands-on experience in the below skills are preferred: Infrastructure as Code automation: Terraform Continuous Integration/Delivery Tools: GitLab, GitHub, JFrog, Maven Orchestration frameworks: K8s, AKS, EKS App containerization and packaging: Docker, HELM. Observability tools: ELK, Open-Telemetry, AWS Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor. Cloud Databases: PostgreSQL, Elastic Search, MySQL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead and mentor team Work effectively with team members and Architects to design, develop solutions, and troubleshoot issues. Development of Java micro-services. Build and Automate CI/CD pipelines. Build and Enhance cloud infrastructure. Coordinate releases by performing pre-release checks, deployments, and post-release validation. Ensure product deliverables meet the highest standards of security. Participate in all Scrum ceremonies like stand-up, kick-off, demos, retrospective, and squad health checks. Adapt, learn, and apply new frameworks, tools, and services as required for product development.
