COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION IS BELOW FOR YOUR REVIEW: Job Title: Windows Virtual Desktop Location: Atlanta, GA- onsite Hire Type: Contract Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments including image creation, VM deployment, and performance monitoring. Provide L3 support and root cause analysis for End User Computing (EUC) issues. Maintain desktop images and modify SCCM task sequences as needed. Support Microsoft Intune and AutoPilot for Windows Device Management. Engineer and deploy Windows 10/11 images. Maintain SCCM environment for patching, imaging, and software deployment. Package, test, and deploy applications using InstallShield or equivalent. Coordinate with Security and Compliance teams for application validations. Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and user-facing documentation. Support PXE environments using 1E products. Monitor and manage endpoint alerts using CyberArk.
