This role involves troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below is a detailed job description for an AWS Support Engineer: Skill Set: Strong understanding of AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch). Terraform Good hands-on experience with TFE Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform, CloudFormation). Good understanding of K8, Docker, EKS and containerization platform. CI/CD - end to end deployment process - any tool - Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD, CI/CD AWS Pipeline and any orchestration tools Experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of data pipelines and infrastructure components on AWS. AWS certification is mandatory. Monitoring and Alerting Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide expert-level support for AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and more. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to AWS infrastructure, networking, security, and performance. Debug and resolve issues related to application deployment, scaling, and monitoring on AWS. Infrastructure Management: Assist customers with setting up, configuring, and managing AWS environments.
