Job Title: Senior Workday HCM Analyst Location: NYC (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote) Duration: Long-Term Contract Start: ASAP Must Skills 5+ years Workday Business Process, Workday Reporting, and/or configurations experience. Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one other functional area: Benefits, Recruiting, Leave Management, Compensation or Talent. Solid project management skills that will help you track upcoming, ongoing, and past work product. Experience using complex computer programs to mine data sources and look for trends. Ability to analyze the data and articulate what data trends mean. Demonstrated experience with creation of evaluation tools, data analysis and reporting are preferred. Proactively identifies and assesses problems based on data trends and utilizes available resources to implement and communicate efficient solutions, assess outcomes, and make necessary adjustments. Views unknown situations with a critical lens and welcomes frequent change and ambiguity. Experience in Workday report writing and dashboards is highly preferred. Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
