Role : Lead SAP QA Analyst Location: hybrid in Miramar, FL 10+ years serving in a Lead Quality Assurance role 7+ years of experience executing testing with SAP . SAP HANA , S/4 . This role will be responsible for the overall quality of systems and technology that are released into ETPs production environment. The scope of this role includes comprehensive aspects of quality including testing documentation, planning and execution of testing, testing validation, and obtaining approval using both manual processes and automated tools that are available in the company environment. In their role, Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the product meets business requirements and overall business objectives by tracking and reporting quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status, as well as documenting problems and communicating the issue to development staff to assist in their resolution. Responsibilities: Leading and directing offshore testing programs Maintain knowledge of Quality Assurance leading practices and serve as a thought leader to the organization Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities for quality assurance programs Lead QA projects and teams, become an expert in company technology stack, business processes and data exchanges to help ensure proper test coverage and data integrity across all integration points Understand various programming languages (ABAP, Java, C#, Perl, Python, etc.) and deployment tools such as Turnover, QGM/Solution Manager, as well as devOps and CI/CD practices Lead offshore testing programs and maintain knowledge of best QA practices. Identify and implement process improvements for quality assurance and cost reduction. Provide QA training, coaching, and development for senior analysts. Review 3rd party testing programs to ensure compliance with company standards. Lead QA projects, focusing on test coverage, data integrity, and business processes. Understand programming languages (ABAP, Java, Python) and deployment tools (e.g., Turnover, QGM/Solution Manager). Develop and execute test strategies, plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated). Collaborate with teams to create and maintain test data and assist in defect troubleshooting. Support software testing tools and automation, including framework design and script maintenance. Track and report testing metrics and ensure proper QA processes are followed. Coach, mentor, and improve team efficiency and collaboration. Conduct quality audits and provide process training to IT staff. Report HP ALM QA metrics and testing status to project and application team members Support integration testing cycles through performing test scripts, coaching SAP super users and possible defect resolution Requirements: Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree preferred 10+ years serving in a Lead Quality Assurance role 7+ years of experience executing testing with SAP Extensive experience migrating the legacy applications into SAP S4 Hana platform. Experience with integration testing between SAP/S4 and downstream systems during testing activities Experience with data warehouse integrations, S/4 data integrations, Salesforce business object reporting, and E-commerce applications for SuccessFactors Significant experience mentoring and developing QA people Experience evaluating and improving QA practices and processes Experience with multiple integration systems and reviewing test cases. Experience leading and reviewing test cases with extensive knowledge in S/4.
