This role requires a seasoned professional with strong business analysis capabilities, hands-on experience with JIRA, and the ability to lead cross-functional workshops and deliver high-impact solutions for workforce and timekeeping systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in Scrum/Agile methodologies, testing and quality assurance, and system integrations with platforms like SAP and Maximo. Key Responsibilities: Act as the subject matter expert for UKG ProWFM systems, including Timekeeper, Accruals, and Activities modules. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments. Lead workshops and facilitate sessions to capture and validate functional and technical requirements. Develop business cases and provide actionable recommendations to improve workforce system processes. Collaborate with project managers to define testing and implementation plans, identifying risks and mitigation strategies. Utilize JIRA for backlog management, issue tracking, and test case documentation; create custom workflows as needed. Partner with business users to define acceptance criteria and ensure all testing aligns with requirements. Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs). Conduct regression and interface testing, especially involving integrations with SAP, Maximo, and other enterprise tools. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Support adoption of new tools and processes by influencing business stakeholders and providing necessary training or documentation.
