Develop and maintain SOAP and RESTful web services to support enterprise integration. Write complex SQL queries and develop stored procedures using PL/SQL for Oracle and SQL Server databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. Analyze and troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions. Support application deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning activities. Participate in code reviews, system architecture discussions, and documentation efforts. Required Technical Skills: Core Java/J2EE Web Services: SOAP, REST SQL, PL/SQL Oracle Database, SQL Server Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Experience designing and supporting IVR applications Familiarity with Genesys Cloud or other contact center platforms Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
