This is not a research or data science role, but a Python-focused software engineering position embedded within an ML/vision research team. Key Profile Requirements: 6+ years of Python development experience in large codebases Skilled in code refactoring, testing (unit/integration), CI/CD, and version control (Git) Experience transforming ML research code into scalable, production-ready systems Understanding of backend orchestration, job scheduling, dashboards, and workflow tools (e.g., Airflow, SLURM) Familiarity with PyTorch, CUDA, TensorRT, cuDNN, or distributed ML pipelines Please avoid: ML researchers, data scientists, or those focused only on training models or publishing papers Candidates without strong production-level software engineering experience What we need Were looking for engineers who can write clean code, work cross-functionally with researchers, and support production deployment of ML-driven systems.
