Data API Development/Engineering experience (7+) Incident reporting ticketing system experience. Experience with Azure Docker Containers Specifically, have worked with API development around data and file translations. Pluses: - SNOW Experience - Cloverleaf; Epic; HL7 interfacing (these are all things this team works on not directly related to this specific role's focus but would help if this person could assist in these areas) - HL7 interfacing experience is secondary to the API experience. - In addition to regular development tasks around working with large data sets - data exchange and file translation primarily withing FHIR, this consultant will respond to ServiceNow tickets as part of incident process experience with SNOW is preferred experience with a type of ticketing system and incident response experience is required. Duties & Responsibilities: Software product development focuses on developing multiple types/categories of software including end-user applications, enterprise data architecture, and operating systems/utility software and tools, which provides a platform for running end-user applications for external customers. The work includes: Understanding the domain of the software problem and/or functionality, the interfaces between hardware and software, and the overall software characteristics Using programming, scripting, and/or database languages to write the software code Supporting software test engineering, DevOps, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements Applying knowledge of software development best practices, including technical design specifications, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Possesses key certification(s) or another credential(s) determined central to the systems or applications supported. Ideal candidate should have: 1. Experience with Integration Engines: a. Infor Cloverleaf HL7 Interface development, preferably 2 3 years, a plus. Certification a plus. b. Epic Bridges development experience a plus. Certification a plus. c. Connectivity, and Testing d. API, database, and TCP protocols e. HL7 and X12 interface formats strongly preferred f. File transformation - must have g. TCL scripting experience a plus. h. Unix OS experience a plus 2.
