Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Assist in responding to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities. Implementation and Consulting: Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle CPQ solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration. Engage with clients to gather business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment Provide expert guidance on CPQ best practices, process optimization, and system enhancements. Technical Expertise: Utilize proficiency in BML and BMQL scripting to address complex business scenarios. Manage integrations between Oracle CPQ and other systems such as CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS D365, EBS, JDE). Ensure adherence to CPQ implementation best practices and maintain comprehensive documentation. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to promote continuous learning and development. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle CPQ implementation, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations. Proven experience in presales activities, including client engagement, proposal development, and solution presentations. Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ modules, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes.Experience with CPQ Cloud scripting (BML), document designer, and approval workflows. Familiarity with integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM systems such as Oracle Sales Cloud or Salesforce Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Oracle CPQ certification is a plus. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Prior experience working with US-based clients is advantageous.
