SAM 2. ITAM 3. ITSM Job Description/ Responsibilities Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform, applications and flows. Ability to design process flows. Understanding of the integrating applications and application-specific knowledge. Understanding of Industry best practices and processes. Provides technical leadership and guidance.
