Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer Data Visualization & AI Integration
Location: Pittsburgh PA-Local

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Full Stack Java Developer to join our team and help drive the development of interactive reporting tools and AI-powered data integrations. This role combines robust backend development using Java and Spring Boot with modern front-end development using Angular (v10v18). Youll work across the stack to build data-driven dashboards and scalable APIs, and youll play a key role in our migration from older Angular versions (v8) to the latest (v18).
Key Responsibilities:
             Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services using Spring Boot.
             Develop responsive, component-based front-end interfaces using Angular (including experience with upgrades from Angular 8 to Angular 18).
             Integrate with AI-powered data ingestion pipelines and expose data through RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
             Build and maintain interactive data visualization features using libraries like D3.js, Chart.js, or Highcharts.
             Work with real-time data sources via WebSockets or event-driven architecture.
             Optimize both front-end and backend performance for large-scale data handling.
             Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
             Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, DevOps engineers, and UX designers.
             Contribute to CI/CD processes, containerization efforts, and cloud deployments.
Required Qualifications:
             4+ years of professional experience in Java development, including Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
             3+ years of experience with Angular (v10+) and hands-on experience upgrading from Angular 8 to newer versions (up to v18).
             Solid understanding of TypeScript, RxJS, and state management tools like NgRx.
             Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
             Familiarity with data visualization libraries and handling large datasets.
             Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and API integration.
             Experience working in Agile teams and using Git, Jira, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
             Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data processing pipelines and integrating them into application logic.
             Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
             Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
             Understanding of data security and compliance best practices.
Nice-to-Have:
             Experience with Python, Node.js, or scripting for backend automation.
             Background in financial services, analytics platforms, or enterprise reporting tools.
             Interest in emerging technologies and contributing to architecture discussions.
