http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2329061&uid= Hello Professionals, We have openings for: Technical Specialist Operations (Network Ops L2 SME) 100% Remote Contract What are the top skills required for this role 1. 3+ years experience with Cisco routers switches 2. 3+ years experience with working with Database, MQ, WebSphere 3. 3+ years experience with Red Hat Linux and in an enterprise environment 4. 2+ years using VMWARE 5.X or 6.X 5. 3+ years of experience in developing and support of distributed financial services transaction processing platforms Job Description/ Responsibilities: Assist in the support of servers, network devices and mainframes at all facilities for hardware or software errors Design and execute diagnostic tests to monitor the health and performance of computer systems and communications equipment Monitor client help desk calls and assist in the in resolution of problems; escalate problems to internal technical groups as appropriate Test and install communications equipment for internal and external customer use Create documentation that will troubleshoot internal networks and systems efficiently Provide enhanced network support for WAN and IP Telephony networks Proactively contact participants when surveillance systems identify connectivity issues Interface with vendors and clients to repair and resolve installation issues Support wide-area services, other communication lines, for all customer communication links Implement and participate in Disaster Recovery exercises Prepare Operations for the implementation or decommission of services Assist on various team projects to ensure Continual Service Improvements occur within Operation Engage with technical teams at our client banks, E-Wallets and payment networks to develop technical solution design for integration projects Triage and troubleshoot and resolve escalated production issues on a complex mission critical application Perform root cause analysis of issues Develop run-books for recurring issues, system implementation, shutdown and recovery Support release implementation, infrastructure upgrades, maintenance and disaster recovery testing Support Java, WebSphere & File Transfer applications Additional Information: (Team size, direct reports, key deliverables, unique selling points, additional qualifications, team culture etc. ) Total Team size is 9 for NOC Support. This role is NOC Ops Lead or SME role within the team (level 2). Overall relevant experience should be more than 6 years Candidate should be ready to work in night shift & weekends or be prepared to provide on-call support as needed.
