Exposure to the BPM Platforms : Service Now and Powerplatform preferrable Should have extensive experience in defining the Best practices and implementing a governance model for BPM Automation program. Strong understanding of BPM methodologies, workflow automation, business process optimization, process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN) and system integration methodologies. Has experience in implementing BPM programs from scratch to operationalization and BAU Excellent communication skills.
