Please find the below job description and share your updated resume if you are interested Role Technical Project manager Location: New Albany, OH - 3 Weeks onsite in a month Duration 12+Months The TPM will oversee multiple workstreams related to SCADA, FactoryTalk, cybersecurity, and remote vendor connectivity while working closely with individual project Technical Leads, who will provide overall technical oversight and solutioning. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, integration, and validation of digital technology systems, including: SCADA (FactoryTalk View SE) Rockwell Asset Centre Thin Manager & mobile carts Passwordless authentication solutions Cybersecurity initiatives Equipment CoPilot Remote vendor connectivity Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and budget tracking. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and construction teams to ensure successful system deployment. Oversee compliance with industry regulations, including GMP/FDA, and cybersecurity best practices. Support system testing, commissioning, and validation efforts. Work in collaboration with the Technical Lead, who will provide deep technical guidance and architecture oversight. Ensure smooth integration with automation, SCADA, and IT/OT networks. Provide regular project reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in technical project management within biotech, pharma, or manufacturing environments. SCADA (working knowledge) Experience leading projects in cybersecurity, IT/OT infrastructure, and remote vendor access. Strong background in coordinating with construction teams for technology infrastructure deployment. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Working knowledge of Smartsheet use in project management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: PMP or PMI certification preferred. Experience with Rockwell framework, (FactoryTalk View SE), Rockwell AssetCentre, ThinManager, and Allen-Bradley PLCs. Background in manufacturing IT/OT environments, industrial networking, or cloud-based automation solutions. Experience in multi-vendor collaboration and validation documentation processes.
